The life you keep promising yourself, let's actually build it.
You've tried the planners. You've made the lists. By week three, something always slips. Santwanaa is where habit coaching meets emotional wellness, the grounded, personal support that helps real change actually stay.
More Than Coaching. More Than Therapy.
Most coaching gives you a plan. Most therapy gives you understanding. Lifestyle Management is the rare space that gives you both, with someone walking beside you the whole way.
Habit Coaching
You've made the plans. You've broken them too. This time we co-design a routine built around your real life, drawing from Atomic Habits and mindfulness — and we keep tweaking until it actually fits.
Emotional Wellness
When the guilt, the self-doubt, the why-can't-I-just-do-this voice shows up, we meet it. Real change touches real things, and you won't be navigating any of it alone.
Steady Accountability
Not an app. Not a streak. A real person checking in twice a week. Noticing you before you notice yourself slipping. Someone whose only job is to be in your corner.
What Does Accountability Actually Mean?
Less of a watchdog, more of a workout partner for your life. Here's what it looks like in practice:
Checks in on you
Real, structured sessions. Not generic.
Notices what you don't
Patterns, triggers, small wins.
Celebrates the small stuff
Three days of waking on time counts.
Helps you bounce back
No guilt, no "I told you so".
Steady when you're unsure
A judgement free voice to think aloud.
How It Works
From the messiness of where you are now to where you'd quietly like to be. No guesswork. Just a path we walk together, one honest step at a time.
Onboarding Session
A one on one session to understand your goals, lifestyle, strengths, and the challenges you want to overcome. We take a detailed case history to tailor everything that follows.
Lifestyle Planning
Together, we design a realistic new schedule built around your life. This is collaborative; you and your coach agree on every detail so the plan actually works for you.
Bi-Weekly Tracking
We meet twice a week to check in on progress, troubleshoot challenges, celebrate wins, and adjust the plan as needed. Consistent accountability is key.
Emotional Wellness Support
Changing habits often surfaces difficult emotions like guilt, self doubt, or resistance. Through personalised therapeutic guidance, we work through these so they don't hold you back from your progress.
Self Reflection & Feedback
Monthly, you receive honest feedback from your coach, and you also sit down and give feedback to yourself: what's working, what's not, what needs attention. Learning to track your own growth is how self awareness becomes self reliance.
Does any of this sound a little too familiar?
If even a few of these feel like they were written about you, take that as a quiet sign. You're in the right place.
You start strong with new habits but can't sustain them past a few weeks
You feel overwhelmed by your own to do list and often freeze up
You rely on last minute pressure to get things done
You know what you should do but can't seem to make yourself do it
You feel guilty about not living up to your own potential

Common Questions
Everything you need to know before getting started.
What Happens When You Don't Need Us Anymore?
That moment is something we genuinely celebrate. It means the work we did together has truly taken root in you.
Every session is gently designed to give you skills that stay long after we step back. We're not building a dependency. We're tending to your growth.
We walk with you
We guide closely at first: planning, tracking, working through the hard parts together.
You start leading
You take more ownership, and we're still right here. You start recognising your own triggers and making your own adjustments, but we're in your corner whenever you need a sounding board or a reality check.
You carry it forward
You have the habits, the self-awareness, and the inner resilience to keep going on your own.
If something in you is saying yes, listen to it.
Fifteen minutes. No commitment. Just an honest conversation about what you've been carrying, and whether we might be able to help you put it down.
